Before parts can ship, the STC permission paperwork needs the aircraft owner's name, the model and the tail number. The order form asks for them.
About this part
Titanium gear has to be installed with the exact hardware listed on its STC, so your old bolts can't be reused. BK 20 is that hardware for the axle attach points. It comes with every titanium gear set, and you can also order it as a spare or replacement.
